it alway has a 50 - 50 mix of 95 and 99 ron in the tanks and was set up with half a tank of 95 and half a tank of 99 ron in it

Except it doesnt, it has a varying degree of fuel in there. Lets assume it was empty and filled with half 95 and half 99, when this gets down to half you fill it with 95 it now has 3 quaters 95 (half of the half plus 2 new quaters), then when this gets to half you put 99 in it now has half a tank of straight 99 and half a tank of a 3/4mix of 95 and 99 so in effect 5/8th of 99 and 3/8ths of 95.

At no point do you have a consistent fuel to even consider mapping a car.
