I was in charge of MG Sport and racing at Gaydon when we developed MGF Cup cars with Tony Pond. Was then involved with developing X power working for Nick Stevenson. I have a really nice, only worn a couple of times, official team jacket all embroidered size XL from I believe early 2000s when we had Hot Wheels sponsorship. I’m looking to sell it and would appreciate advice on where to sell it. Pictures below.

Welcome to this somewhat dead forum. However, there are some occasional visitors who drop by.

I vimagine that was a fantastic time working with the late great Tony Pond.

I know of two collectors who I have dropped a message to, who I think will be very interested. It's something I wouldn't mind, but I think will be out of my pay scale.

By the way, my friend owns the original Pond MGF Cup test car (complete with PI data logging loom still fitted) which lived at MIRA for many years before he bought it. He worked for MG Rover and also ran an MG ZR for 4 years untill MGR went bust and the car was returned .
Alan Reid worked at MIRA and we spent the day there learning how to maintain and set up the Cup car. Please contact me with an asking price via messaging. Regards Roy D

Bought this instead.. a 2002 spec team jacket. Unworn. Without the Hot Wheels embroidery (whom I believe didn't pay a penny in sponsorship anyway..could be wrong).

I suspect it wont get worn, it is VERY warm though, so you never know. My mate is breaking out his ex Dreadnought ZS racer next year so Ill need to look good in the paddock 😉
