Need to fit some spark plugs to my 180 as I am getting a load of misfiring but I have never done this before and the Haines manual says it is easy to damage the head when you screw them in and that you have to take off the inlet manifold off to change the top 3. Do you need to take it off??

Could someone put up or find a guide I can work from as I can't find one or just some piccies.....many thanks troops

It's possible to change the back three without removing the inlet manifold ...

it is however, very easy to remove the manifold so I'd recommend you do that :)

I have seen a guide to removing the manifold and it doesn't look easy to me, I am a bit of an r-tard when it comes to DIY ;)

nah honest. It's easy! The only difficult bit is getting the 2 little bolts at the back of the manifold off! Mind you, I've done a couple where they were obviously too difficult for the previous mechanic and hadn't been put back in!
