'New electronic speed signs in Oxfordshire flash up a smiley face if drivers are under the speed limit andd a sad face if they are going too fast.'

So the poor smiley is sad all day.

ROFLMAO

Near Utrecht there was a sign which told you how fast you were driving.... didn't work above the 200km/h tho.
So they removed it again coz people speeded up just before that sign to find out how fast they could go
