Took my ZT for it's service and MOT last week, passed with no recommendations which was good news. However when I switched the ignition on I noticed they had not reset my service interval data.

I asked about this and they said they had someone new servicing the car and he had forgotten to do it. I took the car back and they sent a junior mechanic to do it. After much fiddling about he stated that it couldn't be done due to there being 4800 miles still showing until its next service? I'm sure this is not right.

I have used this garage for the past four years and never had a problem, however looks like it has new owners. I wondered if anyone out there in the Stoke-on-Trent, South Cheshire area may be able to reset it for me as I don't want to take it back to this garage as I have lost confidence in them.
