Can anyone tell me how to remove the rear arch spats that are attached to the door?? I want to take them to a body shop for a quick respray.

Also I want to take my front grill off for a paint job.. How is this done and can I close my bonnet and drive the car without it on??

They are bonded on, to be honest, it will be a lot easier for you to get a well respected SMART repair bloke, to paint it on the car IMHO

You would have to cut the bond off to remove the spat, possible damaging the spat/door in the process.

Just had my bonnet resprayed and the guy was going to do them at the same time but didnt have enough time... Thought I might be able to drop them in to him but looks like i'll need to leave my car again. Thanks for the advise..
