Are the 04 different in terms of the air con then?
my 04 seems to be resonable in terms of the operation not tried the heater too much yet but always find the seats do a better job of warming than the blower ever could.
AC performance is on a par with VW climatronic but not up there with Jag systems I have had in the past. Mind you the AC in the past 2 mercs i had was poor at best....
