Christened!

I paid £875 for my first year of insurance on my brand new Rover 25 Impression, then got my ZR a touch over a week ago and paid an extra £153 for the remainder of the year (until November).

Total of £1028 in the end, but for the entire year on the ZR it would have cost me in the region of £1300. That's the cheapest I've found it.

The R25 Impression was a group 4 and the ZR 105+ is a group 8.

Bear in mind that I have only had my license 8 months and got no no claims.
