2002 MK1 MG ZR Turbo

Was originally a 1.4 ZR that has had an engine conversion using a 2ltr Turbo engine from a Rover 220 coupe.

New clutch a few hundred miles ago (Reciepts to prove)

Uprated Kilnger Head Gasket, and full gasket set a few hundred miles ago (Reciepts to prove)

New stepper motor recently

Uprated T28 turbo from a Nissan Pulsar

2.25" Alloy Boost Pipework with blue silicone couplers and stainless bolt through clamps.

Big Alloy FMIC with ASH reducers to turbo and throttle body. Sat on a custom alloy plate with the pas cooling rail repositioned below.

Bailey Dump Valve with ASH T piece

Open Cone Air Filter

Stainless Plug Cover

Stainless Fusebox Cover

Stainless Manifold Heat Shield

Stainless OMP Strut Brace

Red Magnacore HT leads

New Oldham racing battery (been on the car for about 100 miles)

Avo fully adjustable race spec coilovers, recently serviced. New boots all round.

Custom downpipe and full straight through system, no cats. Scorpion twin stainless backbox.

ZS 180 Vented 282mm Brakes

17" Straights with good Kenda tyres all round

Full Black Leather Interior (rare)

Tf steering wheel, airbag and coupler.

Boost Gauge

Carbon gauge pod on the drivers A pillar.

TF Gear Knob

Red Velour Mats

Coupe Centre Armrest

CF Tax Disc Holder

CF Dash strip

Blue illuminated speedo, rev counter, water temp, petrol gauge and clock

Custom decals

Has a small dent on the drivers side, though it wouldn't cost much to have this sorted.

FSH and have a folder full of receipts for parts and work carried out.

Car is running around 240bhp and is good for over 150mph.

Car/shell has done 79K and the engine has done around 70K

Possibly, depends what...

Change of circumstances; Im back to uni in the next few weeks and it just doesn't make sense to keep the car either at uni where it will barely get used and inevitably get keyed or the mirrors kicked off, not to mention the multitude of speedbumps around where i live. Or keep it garaged home doing nothing, while still forking out for insurance etc.

If it doesn't sell before I go back it will be garaged until Christmas and then broken for parts. Which will be devastating, but these cars just seem to be worth more in parts :(
