Hi all
Is it ok to keep driving my zs 180 with noisy inlet manifold? had it replaced once 2 1/2 years ago. Bit skint at the moment but don't want to do any damage.

Yes it is still okay, mine went not long after I bought the car just over a year ago.

I didn't take mine over 3k revs just incase. Have you thought of getting a secondhand one, couple on eBay:

Used all the way, you can have 5 for the price of one. That makes 1 per year so they will last 5 years instead of 2.5 years LOL. Sorry to hear it is broken. Mine was noisey but it didn't effect its performance and I drove around for a good 6 months before changing it.

how badly do they break when they do eventually go completely? No bits travelling in the direction of the head hopefully ?????
