Ive lost my locking wheel nut :(
Luckily I have the code but cant seem to contact Krooklok.
My MOT is next week and I need to get the lights off as they have gone faulty again, otherwise it will fail the MOT.
Unless theres a way to get the headlamp out without removing the bumper?

Managed to swap my bumper over last week without removing wheels, jacked up front and turned wheels lock to lock, any pics of wheel nuts.

I suppose thats possible. Did you just use a small screwdriver to take the arch liner screws out?

Haha! I meant thanks for giving me the idea to jack the car right up, for some reason I didnt think of doing that!
Do you know how I can tell the make of the locking wheel nuts? They have a black, rubberish coating around them which makes me think they aren't Krooklok ones.....

If you are in the RAC or AA why not deflate your tyre and call them out and say you cant get your wheel off !

They have specialist tools and if you ask the patrol man nicely he may undo the other 3 since ya lost the tool you tool ! lol

Yup, McGuard, hardened chrome olley, you wont get them off with the regular revers thread cutting tools. You will probably have to get very creative to get it off.

Ah, I thought you said in post #1 that you had the code . . . I think you may have some problems without the code.

Yeah, I have a code for a Krooklok set, which is what I thought I had! Somewhere in the cars 8 year exsistance its had some new ones put on. However, the contact page does say they can help if you haven't got the code. Ive searched other forums and its seems they can do it with a picture and V5 document..............theres still hope!

its amazing what you do when you get desperate ,it sounds worse than it is,you dont go to fast and you only get a rumble when the wheel is loose.
