At long last finally got another ZR. Been on look out for the right car since getting rid of my other 160 over a year ago but they seem to be getting hard to find now. So ive treated myself to a MK2 160 in FireFrost Red, 70k, almost full history, no rust or ripped leather. Pleased to say had a 2.5 hour drive home and everything went perfect so fingers crossed made a good choice, other than a sport exhaust its all as it left the factory all tho i think it may have map as it seems really happy to pull through the gears and is more responsive on the throttle than the others ive had (all tho the MG/Rover garage i got it from said they been looking after it for about 5 years and its only had routine maintenance from the female owner). Not got any plans to mess about with it apart from maybe a set of Avo springs and refurb the wheels just going to use it for few shows and when weather is good.

Here are a few pictures for now.....

Thanks mate been few years looking for a rust free one that hasn't had any paintwork
That does look good.

Nice mirror finish. I can see my old 180 in the reflection! Hope she gets the same treatment! :>

She will mate mine just treating the rust patch on the driver-side front jacking point where they all go then can get the side skirt back on than can get the polish out
Well had a little surprise last night got a phone call to say where id moved the ZR to so could use the garage had flooded last night was almost the end of the 160 but thankfully the water stopped at the back wheels so no damage was done. The levels rose by 1.8 metres....
