Well 11 years have elapsed since my last MG branded car (6R4). I have just placed a deposit on a ZT260.

Rather excited to hear the rumble and I know many of the issues these days will have been ironed out. Collect it when back in the UK in around two weeks.

I believe Brian (scooter) at Dreadnought is no longer fitting superchargers. Probably a good thing....

Have to say, I am rather chuffed with the progress I have made with the Green machine.

Not done some of the things I have talked about, but overall making good progress.

1) 260 club - Heater Valve Fitted.
2) 260 club - more durable heater hose.
3) EGR blanking plate drilled to extinguish EML light.
4) Stainless fixings in a few places.
5) Front & Rear Subframes removed and powder coated.
6) New front Discs and pads
7) Rear Hand brake cables replaced
8) Rear Brake shoes and pads (discs OK)
9) 6 x New Bilstein shocks (supplied by 260 club)
10) New bushes fitted throughout.
11) New bolts where appropriate on suspension.
12) Apex's acquired refurbed plus tyres.
13) Rear over subframe exhaust section.

NOT FITTED
1) Flexible Brake Hoses
2) Rear shoe back plates - supplied by 260 club.

YET TO DO:
1) New ICE - just can't decide. Tending towards Alpine
2) Super Charger - arranged for Spring.

I've done a couple of Ed Moore's events with my son at Abingdon and doing Brands in December. I don't have the passion like the old days and just like pottering with the ZS looking for improvements and watching to boy progress. So many cars are insanely quick these days you spend most of time looking in rear view.
