I think this is a case for the doctors/police. I know its good to air your thoughts and talk about stuff but we cannot truly offer proper advice - only as friends.

I really think you should seek some professional advice.

OK I've checked out the website and I'm no scientist but I'm guessing their using different chemicals which is what makes it legal. I think you would be far safer using illegal weed. At least that way what is grown is smoked. In this case it is mixed with god knows what. The reviews on some of the products is completely different to what you would get off the illegal stuff. Some reviews state a great high (nothing wrong here) but a bad comedown, this is the problem. You should not experience a comedown after smoking weed, the effects just simply wear off. This is why I question what the chemical is their using as this may be your problem. Also it doesn't really look like skunk.

Not that I would know :err:
The effects dont just wear off over time there is permanent damage to the brain if you regularily continue. Over time the effect of fooling your brain with chemicals will show up and yes the weed when smoked is just natural chemicals. Dont be fooled into thinking it does no harm.

Scooter - I understand the outcome of prolonged use of illegal cannabis but I'm refering to the effects after 1 smoke. What I'm saying is the stuff off this website is alot more potent than the illegal version. One review claimed that after one smoke the high was fantastic but the comedown wasn't very good. You shouldn't be experiencing a comedown after smoking any cannabis joint in one session, which begs the question what are they putting in this 'legal' version. The ingredients are not listed, so am guessing it's something not good.

This is probably why Mephiston's sister is experiencing extreme mood swings. I bet if she was to stop smoking this 'legal' version then they would see a vast improvement with her behaviour once the chemicals and cravings had left her system. I'm more than certain this is the root cause.

I was Chairman of the local high school for 12 years and in that time I had to attend many lectures on drug abuse. There is a popular belief that Canabis has no lasting effect and it is safe to use. Our goverment made it legal to have the drug if it was for self use only. The truth is the goverment did not want to spend the time and money on the police or the courts dealing with the problem. CANABIS IS NOT SAFE AND IT DOES HAVE A PEMANENT EFFECT if used over a prolonged time. Constant regular use causes serious mood swings and all the other problems that go with them. This young lady is showing these signs at a quite early age. The NHS is very worried about the future cost of dealing with these people in the next ten years by which time the real effects will be all to evident. Dealing with this young person is a very hard thing to do, you must remember that when their behavour is bad they dont know that it is. You have to help the person to see the state they get into before you can get them to accept that they have a real problem. One good way is to video them when they are at there worst without them knowing and then on a good day let them see themself. Hard as it may seem confrontation does not work, you have to try to get them to see themselfs and accept they have a problem if not there is very little you can do. Its all too common for this situation to happen, first thing you need is to get rid of the fella or he will just suck her down. The girl needs help but sometimes you have to accept that you are not able to.

Found this thread on the internet because I've been researching what the government in Canada is trying to undo by letting cannabis be legal and accessible to anyone, including students. Of course is not legal for them to buy it but the bar is set way to low to get it. I'd think that with that now with the development of new education theories, internet resources, all kinds of new technology devices (something I surely didn't have back then when I was in high school), the government would have a veeery easy way to produce good students SO why did it have to let cannabis make its way to students. My niece the other day was getting free math help from this algebra 1 tutor app service all by herself, I mean, no teacher no nothing, only herself and her notes, that's the kind of help is available nowadays. :coffee:

I've been looking for some time now many studies that point out (almost unanimously) to the long-term or permanent effects cannabis can have in our brains, specially to those brains that are still being formed. I wish my government and society in general would see the threat cannabis IS to everyone. :coffee::coffee::coffee:
