God Help Me

My sister has gone psycho....shouting screaming threatening me... banging doors smashing stuff. Where are the men in white coats?! Freakin hell I need to get away from this!

Anyone work in this sorta area? We're clueless as to dealing with her!

As others have suggested, first step (and the most difficult) is to get a referral from your (her) G.P. to the local mental health team.
If you want to PM me with specific questions, I'll ask my missus for advice - she's a community psychiatric nurse.
