Why now? lol. Just ordered a blower off fleabay yesterday!

Is that off a Mk1 Zed? The blades on mine are black.

Yeah off a mk1 but one of the motors, cant remember if its this one came off a MK1 that had a load of MK2 bit son it when we stripped it, guess it must have been built during the switch between MK1 and MK2. Out of interest how much did you pay?

23 + postage. I'm hoping it's not going to be a dud.

Have you got the transistor pack (not resitor pack) that controls the fan speed?
