Mines been off for quite a while now, but im wondering if they serve any real purpose apart from keeping the road dirt off the suspension? Is it worth putting back on?

Im sure I read the mk2's dont have them.

Its the rears they don't have. I'd put them on.

Put th liner back on.
Not much to stop stone chips/rust behind the liners
