Just a reminder that we have been invited to a MG / TVR Track Night this Friday (11th) at Knockhill. David Jamieson and myself are meeting at Bowtrees Farm for something to eat beforehand if anyone else wants to join us. Event is from 6pm to 8pm. Don't worry if you haven't signed up for the track, come along and spectate.

Also, April's Run has been arranged for next Sunday (13th). Meeting as usual at Stirling Services. However, since the "days are fair drawing oot" we're meeting at 9:30am to leave at 10:00am at the very latest. If you're going to be late call me (contact me for number if you don't have it).

Seven MGFs pulled out of the car park at Stirling Services just after 10am this morning. We went to Callander by some of the back roads behind Doune and from there up through Strathyre and Lochearnhead to Killin where we regrouped and took this oppertunity to vist the toilets. From Killin we travelled right along the length of Loch Tay and then up over the hill to Tummel Bridge on Loch Tummel. Next stop was for lunch at Moulin near Pitlochry. After lunch we headed home down past Kirkmichael and Bridge of Cally, passing through Perth and stopping for a drink at Dunning. Still homeward bound we went up through Dunning Glen to Yetts o' Muckhart and then along the hillfoots back to Stirling about 5pm.

I should mention that Sam Murray paid us a visit all the way from Aberdeen. However, since we were about half way home for him at Moulin, he left after lunch to go back to Aberdeen the scenic route via Glenshee. I hope that it's not too long before we see him again.

Weather today was dry but a bit overcast and a little cold. We travelled around 150 miles on the run and everybody had their hoods down all day.

I'm trying to put together a web site. So, apart from the gallery on this site, some pictures can be seen at:

Grat photos, looked like a fantastic day. I wish we could attract more Fs and TFs to our Northern meets. Maybe we'll have to do a joint meet one day.

I noticed from the pictures that both Gerry Hiorn's and David Jamieson's cars appear to have dramatically lowered suspension. I was wondering who set these cars up? My Trophy 160 looks like it's on stilts in comparison, and I'm not convinced the dealer knows what he's doing when he checks it! I'd like the car lower, but want to make sure the tracking is set up properly too. Any help or advice appreciated.

Hi Paul, mine is the red F and my suspensiojn is low due to a lack of gas in it. I really really need to get it pumped up ( Ive been saying this for 7 months ;-) ) Gerrys was professionally set up by Techspeed.
