Ah, left over veg and mashed pots, fry with a bit of butter - Bubble and Squeek with a fried egg on top.You'll be wanting to slap a poached egg ontop of that pork. Although I recommend loin of pork stuffed with bacon, sausage meat and stuffing. And probably apples. It seems you cannot, in fact, have too much pork in one dish.
I'm going to have to poach me an egg this evening, even if I'm having leftover beef and veg. I'm sure they'll go together just fine. Or teriyaki beef stirfry... decisions decisions.
As for gadets, nothing beats my samurai knives but these poachers ARE good. Don't forget to oil them up a bit.
