Hey people,

Looking at maybe selling/swapping my bimmer as i really fancy something abit more fun as i only really drive it at weekends...

7 Months MOT
6 Months Tax.

Its a 1999
2.5 6cyl
Manual
118k - Full BMW Service History
Dark orient mettalic blue
Private Plate INCLUDED
18" BMW MV1 Staggered Alloys
225 Tyres on front 245 on rear.
Profesionally Lowered
Proffesional window tints all round
LED rear lights
LED Number plate lights
Crystal front indicators
Clear repeaters

These few subtle mods make the car look about 5years newer than it is.
I get lots of compliments about the car and how new it looks.

It is mint and drives like a brand new car.

5 Speed Manual
4 Electric power windows
Remote Central Locking
Electric heated mirrors
Cruise control
Total closure
Electric aircon climate control
Auto Dimming Rear View Mirror
Front fog lights
On Board computer/MPG, Range, Temp, Avg Speed etc..
Traction Control (switchable)
Front and Side Airbags
Spare wheel - tool kit - first aid kit - BMW recharchable torch!

BMW Business Tape Player with Steering wheel controls
BMW 6 CD Changer In boot.

Just had a service 3k miles ago by BMW specialist at a cost of £325.
The owner commented on how mint this is for the age.
Also just got the aircon re-gassed so is ice cold!

Few bad points:
There is a very small dent and a bit of scuffing on both front arches
from the previous owner. I didnt even notice it for about a month as there pretty minor!

Alloys have some kerbing and could do with refurb if you wanted them perfect.

There are a fair few stone chips on the front of the car due to the age but bothin ott.

£3600. Swap for nice mk2 180 or PX a mk 180 and cash my way.

Very nice indeed. But you wouldn't get my mk1 with me having to give you money as well.

I'm not sure that any Mk1 ZS180 would really be worth £3600 anyway.

Especially as the earliest Mk1's will now be celebrating their 10th birthday soon, and the later ones will be 7-8 years old.

I agree. I don't think anyone would pay 3.6 when they could get a decent one for 1800 or even a mk2 for 3500

Bought her new. 46k belts done plus a couple of mods. This is what I like to hear to entice me to keep hold of her. Was thinking of selling up and getting another Merc but a diesel automatic this time. I wont chuck the zed away for silly money though.

Exactly. But if someone offered me £3,795 I would sell her. I paid £14,995 for her new. But no ones going to offer that so, I guess I'll keep her then. Yes addaman I think she is quite exceptional.

Nice beamer mate, but I think your a bit far off with the valuation. Insurance paid out £3200 for a mint example with lower mileage about a year ago. Also, they can be picked up on the trader for sub £2.5K, maybe not as good as yours, but that's a lot cheaper still.

Hi, yes they can but there are none in this condition with a full BMW history. Also the subtle mods on this car make it stand out massively from the rest. Just as the fella above wouldn't sell his 180 for less than 3800 when you can buy a not as nice example for 1400.

I am really tempted at this. I have had my ZS 180 for over 12 months now and i'm getting ichy feet. Your a fair distance away from me though :-(

You will have to make sure you get her some treats for over the winter period, and some tlc.

I take it you drive another car during the winter seasons? Thought of doing this myself for the winter, but not sure its going to be cost effective once paying out for tax and insurance, would have to be an old banger for 100 odd quid just too get me through the winter, and something very cheap too run. :)
