Just booked my ZR 160 to go back to the dealer next week for the following:

1) Rubber sticking out from under the rear spoiler (I think it happens to everyone.)
2)Drivers door has to be slammed to close it.
3)Glovebox won't close unless slammed.
4)Shroud behind steering wheel is a bad fit on one side (keeps popping out.

When my previous car (25 Gti) had to go back for warranty work, they couldn't have been better. Lets hope they get it right again. Couldn't bear to be without it overnight!!

My 160 is going in on Monday to sort some problems out
1) Side skirt bracket rusting (Common problem)
2) Rear offside scrub strip on the passenger door has started to come away.
3) Very Very annoying squeak coming from the front end you can only hear it when the window is down and I,m driving over 35mph.

After reading on here about the skirt brackets going rusty, I've painted mine with Waxoyl. They hadn't started to rust but I thought best to be on the safe side!

Mine back on Monday too...paint peelin off UK flag on boot and also tht damed wind noise on frt of sunroof..although no wind can b felt inside,its still a damned nuisance.
