I've seen alloys refurbed. A mobile specialist will normally grind out any scratches, prime, paint and then lacquer them. Don't know if they can repair dents though. I've not had mine done yet but I've had a quote for £70 a corner.
If you send your wheels off, they should chemical dip them before priming, paint and lacquer.

I have been quoted £720 inc vat for a set. But this seems alot to me for a refurbished set.

I'd bloody want new gold ones at that price!
