Wicksteed park

9 July 2005 - Wicksteed Park Sunday 11th 2005
The first XPower Forums MG and Rover enthusiasts rally will take place on Sunday 11th September at Wicksteed Park, Kettering, Northamptonshire. Wicksteed has a range of attractions that make it a fun day out for both adults and kids, so this is an ideal opportunity to have that last family day out of the summer with like minded enthusiasts.

All MG’s, Rover’s and associated marques are welcome, regardless of age. Other forums and owners groups are very welcome to join us, and can be allocated group parking within our main area provided it is requested in advance.

Entrance to the park is free, however a £5 per car parking fee will need to be paid at the main gate. The park opens at 9.00, the rides at 10.30. We have been allocated our own parking area towards the back of the park and signs will be posted to direct you to the XPF area from about 9.30 onwards.

On site camping for those wishing to make a weekend of it is available by contacting Wicksteed directly. BBQ’s are only allowed in the camping area, not in the general park areas.

More information about Wicksteed Park and it’s attractions can be found at www.wicksteedpark.co.uk

We have an option to obtain ride wrist bands at the discounted price of just £8, giving almost unlimited access to the rides and attractions (normal price £13.50 kids, £10 adults). We need to have at least 20 bands to get this price, so a show of interest is required as early as possible to arrange these.
